TERMS OF SERVICE

here are my Terms of service.

• I send WIPs: please tell me any changes you want at the sketching phase! i will not make any changes to the art (unless very minor tweaks) after this.

• if its a reference sheet commission, i may send multiple wips asking for clarifications on your character or for missing details ect. these wips will be HEAVILY watermarked.

• From now on every art piece i create will have a watermarked pattern on it. it'll have a very low opacity so it will have an almost "texture" effect. this is not up for discussion. the art you commission from me will be watermarked as i am still the artist who created the art, regardless of the fact that you own the art piece.

• you may not pass art as your own.

• for small/cheaper commissions (chibis, YCHs, simple full body, headshot, etc): up front payment, for a large/pricey commission(full illustration, animation, etc): split half at the start, half after the sketch!

• my turn around time can be from a week to even 3 months, depending on my life situation, mental well being and workload of the commission and irl issues. I do always keep the commissions in mind even if i take long to getting to them and i do try get them done asap with the most care possible!

• i share my commission art for promotional reasons on my KoFi and social medias. if you wish to opt out of this, please inform me as i finish the commission WITH A WELL JUSTIFIED REASON

(i.e its a surprise gift for someone for example..)

• PAY ME IN EUROS. EXAMPLE: if youre paying for a comm that costs 25 eur for example, please please do NOT pay me 25 Turkish Lira as that would only give me 56 cents.
